Shipping Charges
​
Shipping fees are based on the size, weight, and number of packages in an order. Larger products and additional items may incur shipping surcharges. Shipping costs do escalate on heavy items and can vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items purchased. You will be presented with a calculation of shipping charges at checkout, however this is just a system estimate. Sometimes large or bulky items and destination errors can cause the system estimates to be off. If you suspect this to be the case you may contact us at 75Built@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote to your specific address. This can result in a substantial savings on shipping cost.
Note: If you are local to San Diego, we offer local pickup to save on shipping and carbon emissions.

Fulfillment & Shipping Times

We typically ship within 48 hrs of your purchase and your order should be at your doorstep in less than 5 days from shipping date. Many of our products are lightweight and typically ship using standard USPS 1st Class. Medium weight items are often USPS 1st class or UPS Ground. For larger bulky items we typically use UPS Ground and FedEx Ground.

Return & Credits
​
We stand behind the quality of our products and we guaranty our manufacturing and workmanship 100%. Any defects or error in production will result in a replacement at no charge within the 30 days from delivery date. We do not accept returns due to error in selection of sizes, designs, colors or of items that are washed, worn, used or damaged. We are happy to review and replace an order if the product is flawed, quality is poor, or if you received the wrong product by mistake. Apply for a return by filling out the form below.

Trouble with Installation?

With each anticipated purchase, sometimes you receive and it may be overwhelming to know how to put it together. We provide step by step printed instructions with measurements and tools needed for installation when it's needed. We make it very straightforward for the average do-it-yourselfer. 75Built produces, designs and manufactures most of our products here locally in San Diego, CA. Any imported products we are actively looking to replace with local talented fabricators. We use various vendors throughout the Southern California area to help us fulfill our product line. The nature of our work requires a very hands-on approach in all aspects of fabrication to maintain our own standards. Keeping a limited edition line allows us to continually innovate and deliver the high quality products we are known for.
